Watercolor Update

We are focusing on watercolor over the next few weeks and have asked some of those wonderful watercolor artists that we’ve previously interviewed to update us with a few of their newer images. Andy Evansen wrote us after his week-long workshop in Padua, Italy and sent along these new images. (You can see our earlier interview with Andy here: Voice of Experience - Andy Evansen.)

“During the first few days of my trip to Padula, southern Italy was experiencing the Saharan Dust phenomenon. The jet lag was disorienting enough, but the thick air lent a dream-like quality to my first day wandering about. It made for low visibility during the day, but spectacular sunsets in the evening.”
